No matter how old I am, how well educated, how experienced.... I need to remember that osteoarthritis does NOT GO AWAY! If I am lucky, I can learn to live with it.
Since my last post, my knees have been fairly good. My hips, however, are another story. I've taken pain medication TWICE in the last hour. It's finally kicking in and dulling the pain somewhat. If I sit, I'm pretty good. Standing or walking is another story. I want to say 'shit', but I don't know if you can swear on Blogger....
