By being a part of this program, I will be reimbursed for my mileage! I can eat lunch with the kids, and if I spend 15 hrs. or more at the school each week, they will pay me about $2.75 an hr. Yes, I know, nothing to write home about, but will give me a little 'mad' money.
I've already talked to the teacher (whom I've known for several years) and she is really happy that I will be helping in her classroom. So I will be welcomed with 'open arms', and isn't that a lovely thing to happen? But best of all........I WILL BE WORKING WITH KIDS AGAIN!!!!!
If I didn't have such arthritic knees, I would be doing a little 'happy dance' right now!

Thanks, ladies. My mother always enjoyed telling people that 'Sharon was born to be a teacher and or student'. I think she was totally correct!
