You know you are in trouble, when a sweet, little blond lady (who shall remain nameless) scolds you for not posting!
Sorry, sorry, sorry! Guess I thought people would be tired of reading about my aches and pains! Have pretty much healed up now. Attended 'Bone Builders' on Monday, and the regular leader was there. She told me that I should not do as many repetitions as the rest of the group. They have been attending for two years or more. That was only my fourth class!
Also, she told me that because I had trouble with my right shoulder, I should NOT lift that arm any higher than my shoulder. So I got through the session feeling as if I had done something good for my body, and determined that I would follow her instructions when I go tomorrow.
Another positive, our church is having a four week Bible study. We will meet every Wednesday, right before my 'Bone Builders' session! So I signed up. It will be a study of Paul's letter to the Galatians. It's been quite a while since I've attended church in any manner, so I'm looking forward to it. I used to be VERY active when the kids were young. We attended church every Sunday, they attended Sunday School and Vacation Bible School and I taught both each year. But after they graduated, no one wanted to go with me. I felt silly sitting by myself, so I stopped going. I know, poor, poor excuse.
I'm working on another baby quilt for Project Linus. I have 5 washed, dried and ready to go but want to have more before I deliver them.
