The drive to and from Bemidji did a nice(?) job on my knee. Saw my dr. yesterday, and she adjusted my meds... Husband and son recommended (again) that I learn to use cruise control!!!
Did not sleep at all Tuesday night. Slept well last night, but still in pain. Taking today off. I emailed Dr. Morgan and he advised 'no football'! So I'll have to cancel my game :(
And so the saga of the painful knees continues.... Gee, it's so much fun to get old. Everyone should try it!
