About the Slide Show----->

I figured out how to include a slide show! (Even old grey-haired ladies can eventually learn how to do something new on the computer!

Currently, I'm showing pictures of some of my sewing projects. Lots of pictures of quilts for Project Linus. Also, watch for the boy and quilt. That is the son of the lady who runs 'Seeing Hands'. I have edited almost 200 books for her that are printed in Braille. Her son is blind.

I found embroidery designs for the Braille alphabet, and embroidered his name in blocks at the top of the quilt. The 'hands' around the center of the quilt are done in ultrasuede so he can feel the different textures. He wrote me the loveliest thank you note! He has a Braille typewriter.

The red and black quilt was made for my 'Goth' friend at BSU.
