Hmmm.... is summer over? Temps dropped to almost freezing last night. It was a bit of a surprise, especially since I had picked up more flowers for my planters on the deck! But they are all OK this morning, but I'm wearing a sweat shirt!!!
My brother and sister-in-law were up last weekend. (they have a house next door), they commented that the crab apple tree in their yard NEVER blooms when they are up. So... two days after they left, guess what? Right, it was in full bloom! My son took some pictures of it so they could see it. And yes, that's Maynard standing in front of the tree. She goes with Colin every chance she gets!
