January in Northern Minnesota...

It was 35 degrees below zero here this morning. No wind chill.... actual temperature.

I'm staying in. Baked a couple loaves of banana bread, now have a chicken carcass simmering making chicken broth.

I'm looking forward to spring, needless to say...
