Therapy yesterday... what can I say... there were two new exercises. Yes, they were painful. And the aftermath was a night of excruciating, unrelenting pain that even two Vicoden couldn't touch. I ended up in the recliner in the living room, vibrator turned on, pillow under my knee, ice on the knee, tears running down my cheeks.
The pain extended from my hip to the knee. I have bursitis in that hip, and last night was the worst ever... I see the dr. next Monday, and I'm going to INSIST on a cortisone injection in the hip. Have had a couple injections in it over the years, and they both helped tremendously.
So didn't accomplish very much today. Was able to take a nap midmorning, so that helped.
I know, it will get better. So pardon my complaining.
