I've been doing a lot of swearing lately. When I move wrong and my knee feels like someone stabbed me with a hot sword...I'm likely to say 'sh..t' very forcefully. Maybe that doesn't sound too bad to some people, but as an elementary teacher for over 30 years, my language rarely ever includes words like that!
