It was a very nice day! My husband and I went to Bemidji. First we stopped at First Lutheran Church so that I could deliver some blankets to the coordinator of our Project Linus chapter. She was hosting a 'Blanket Day' there. The fellowship hall was full of ladies measuring and cutting colorful polar fleece. Then another group was cutting 'fringes' on the edges. A couple of ladies were sitting at sewing machines working on regular cloth quilts. It was so nice to meet the coordinator, I've only known her through our emails.
Then we went to Walmart and shopped. I had a few things I wanted, and Dale went to the grocery section. Next, we had lunch at the Green Mill. So all in all it was a very nice day.
