My Head Hurts...

To be more precise, this is what hurts:

• my head
• my back
• my right shoulder
• my right leg

Why?
I made the mistake of sweeping heavy, wet snow from our deck and steps this morning. Then changed the sheets on my bed, did two loads of laundry (requiring going up and down the basement steps 4 times), then re-made my bed (it's a queen-size requiring a lot of bending and stretching to do the job correctly). I also made zuccini bread, cleaned up the kitchen and cleaned my bathroom.
Then, I worked on our taxes again...

Why haven't I learned to pace myself? or ask for help? or accept help that is offered? Oh, I don't know. Just continually STUPID I suppose!!!!!

So I'm under the influence of yet again another dose of pain meds.

When will I ever learn? I need help............................................................................
