I made this quilt for the son of the lady who runs "Seeing Hands" (see side blog) I searched for prints of books to include, embroidered the 'hands' and his name in Braille on ultra suede for a different texture for him to feel.I'm washing it now to make sure there is no lingering cigarette smoke smell in it. (Someday I will try to quit, folks. Honest!)
