
My husband took me in to Peak Performance in Walker today. Had a 90 minute session. The therapist said not to worry about the swelling. She said because I have such 'little' legs, there is no place for the extra fluid to go! 'Little' legs, huh? OK, well, I won't worry about it then. She said the amount of swelling would slowly decrease over time.
I need to repeat the exercises twice a day at home, icing and elevating the knee after every session.
